15/03.01.2025 Mr. Mukesh Kumar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent JUVNL submits that now a sum of Rs.1,60,337/- has been credited in the account of the petitioner with regard to over-time dues and that was the
order of the Writ Court and he produced letter dated 30.01.2024 along with other annexures which is taken on record.
2. In view of deposition of the said amount, there is substantial compliance of the Writ Court’s order.
3. As such, this contempt proceeding is dropped and disposed of.
4. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may take recourse under the law.
5. Pending petition, if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
