By this application, the respondent No.1/claimant seeks withdrawal of the entire amount deposited by the appellant - Insurance Company before this Court. 2. The appellant has strongly opposed the application. According to the appellant, the multiplier is wrongly applied in the matter. Similarly, the amount towards future prospects is also wrongly awarded and, therefore, the applicant cannot be permitted to withdraw the entire amount in the matter. 3.
