By way of filing this writ petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned patta issued in favour of respondent for (2 of 2) [CW-19732/2024] construction of Sub Health Center at Village Phuskani, Panchayat Samiti Mandawa, District Jhunjhunu. 2. In the considered opinion of this Court, a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable in such like matter. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by issuance of the aforesaid patta, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum of law for redressal of his grievance. 3. The present writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. In case, the petitioner files a representation before the appropriate forum of law, it is expected from the said forum to decide the same, strictly in accordance with law as early as possible. 4.
