To issue writ of certiorari and quash the proceedings pending in Crl. Misc. No. 149/2019 currently pending on the file of learned MMTC –T at Bangalore in Annexure-M. 2. To issue any writ or direction or orders as this Hon’ble Court might deem fit in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material on record. 3. Though several contentions have been urged by the petitioners in support of their respective claims, a perusal of the material on record will clearly indicate that several contentious issues and disputed questions of fact and law arise for consideration between the parties, which would necessarily have to be decided only after a full fledged trial. Under these circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the Trial Court to dispose of Crl.Misc.No.149/2019 pending on the file of MMTC-I, Bangalore, - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5228 WP No. 24116 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
