Present appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 15.01.2005 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.2, Gorakhpur in S.T. No.48 of 2003, under section 302, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Bansgaon, District Gorakhpur, convicting and sentencing the appellant under section 302 IPC, for rigorous life imprisonment and Rs.20,000/- as fine. In default of payment of fine, the appellant shall further undergo for one year R.I. 2. As per office report dated 01.04.2025 based on the report of the C.J.M., Gorakhpur dated 04.02.2025 sole appellant Awadhesh Singh son of Nar Singh died on 08.12.2022. Alongwith the report statements of his son Ritesh Singh, his uncle Pramod Sing, Gram Pradhan Raju son of Prabhunath have been annexed as well as cremation certificate issued by the relevant society dated 9.12.2022 has also been annexed. 3. Accordingly, appeal stands abated. 4. The record of the present appeal shall remain connected alongwith Government Appeal No.2830 of 2005. Re: Criminal Appeal No. 204 of 2005 1.
