Case No. 27 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 r/w Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur. 3. On 17.05.2025, son of the informant went missing. On 19.05.2025, his dead body was found near Khaksa Pahad. 4. Suspicion was raised against this petitioner that she might have had a hand in the disappearance of the deceased as earlier she had threatened him of dire consequences. 5. The petitioner is also alleged to have confessed her guilt. 6. It was submitted that apart from suspicion and confession of this petitioner, there is no other material against her on the record. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur in connection with S.T.
