Iralu submits that the petitioner in view of the subsequent developments taking place, desires not to press the present writ petition any further. Accordingly, he prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to Page No.# 2/2 re-file the same if the occasion so arises. Prayer is not objected to by the learned Government Advocate, Mr. V. Zhimomi, appearing for the State respondents.
