The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Tahsildar of Kazipeta Mandal, Kadapa District (Respondent No.4) to act on the F-Line Applications submitted by the Petitioner on 06.11.2024 & 17.12.2024 (Ex.P3) and a consequential direction to the Respondent No.4 not to interfere with the possession of the Petitioners in the subject land. 2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Tahsildar of Kazipeta Mandal, Kadapa District (Respondent No.4) to consider the F-Line Applications of the Petitioners (mentioned supra) and pass a final proceeding within a period of six weeks from today and communicate of such final proceeding to all the interested parties. Needless to state that the Respondent No.4 is statutorily obligated to issue advance Notice to all the interested parties including the Petitioners herein, submissions/objections and documents 3. a copy consider their if any, before issuing final proceeding. Writ Petitioners are directed to submit a copy of this Crder to the Respondent No.4 within one week from today for effective compliance. 3- 4. With these observations and directions disposed of.
