In pursuance of earlier order, personal affidavit of Mr.Atul Srivastava, learned District Judge, Gautam Buddha Nagar has been filed, which is taken on record. On the strength of said affidavit, Mr. Sudhir Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent submits that all remaining properties of the judgement debtor are situated within the jurisdiction of District Judge (South -East), Saket Court, New Delhi and the matter has been referred there vide order dated 20.4.2026, therefore, at present nothing remained before the District Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the said fact. In view of above, the petition is disposed of at this stage.
