As such, the same is taken up for hearing and the Registry of this Court is directed to list the said matter today itself in the supplementary list, as the applicant is languishing in jail since 16.05.2025. Also heard Mr. Hariom Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the respondent/State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 25.06.2025 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 4845 of 2025, in paragraph No. 1 and paragraph No. 7, the name of the Police Station is wrongly typed as “Police Station Katghora, District-Korba” in place of “Excise Circle Jashpur, District Jashpur” and the same needs to be corrected accordingly. 4. Learned State counsel also concurs with the aforesaid submission. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present CRMP is allowed. 6. In the order dated 25.06.2025 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 4845 of 2025, in paragraph No. 1 and 7, the name of the Police Station be read as “Excise Circle, Jashpur, District Jashpur” in place of “Katghora, District-Korba”. 7.
