Sinha, A.P.P. --- 03 / 04.11.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 278 of 2025 arising out of Potka P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 87/96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4/6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamshedpur. 3. On 20.04.2025, daughter of the Informant went missing. It is alleged that the petitioner had kidnapped her with the intention to marry her. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded during the trial in which she has stated that the accused Aadarsh Kumar had kidnapped her and subjected her to sexual atrocity. She has also stated that later on, she went to the house of the petitioner and asked her to take her to her parental house. Petitioner thereafter dropped her to her maternal grandmother’s house. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
