In the light of the grievance raised by the petitioner, with the consent of the parties, the petition is being disposed of at this stage itself. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent-Corporation on the representation filed by the petitioner with regard to eminent danger being there to the property of the petitioner on account of dilapidated structure nearby which representation of the petitioner is not being dealt with by the respondent. 2 4. Accordingly, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation which has been filed by the petitioner be forthwith dealt with in accordance with law and suitable action be definitely taken thereupon within a period of four weeks from today.
