After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to raise his grievances before the Transfer Committee as provided under Clause 8 of the transfer policy dated 05-06- 2025 and the Committee shall decide his representation in accordance with law within a stipulated time frame. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission made by
learned counsel for the petitioner and he would submit that the petitioner may file his representation before the Committee which will be decided in accordance with law within a stipulated time frame.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner is directed to move his fresh representation before the Transfer Committee as provided under Clause 8 of the transfer policy dated 05-06- 2025 and if such representation is made by the petitioner, the Committee shall take a decision on its on merits in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner.
4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is
