Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Petitioner seeks execution of the order dated 27.09.2013, whereby CWP No. 7473 of 2013, titled Shaktidhar vs. State of H.P. and other, was disposed off by Coordinate Bench on the ground that identical order was passed in CWP No. 2735 of 2010, titled as Rakesh Kumar vs. State of H.P. & others alongwith connected matters decided on 28.07.2010. 2. Counsel for for the respondents-State has placed on record the Office Order dated 13.10.2025, issued by Executive Engineer, HPPWD Division Manali at Katrain, whereby the petitioner’s services have been regularised vide Office Order 2 2025:HHC:34937 dated 10.01.2007 and was granted work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2002 on completion of eight (8) years of daily wages service and benefit, as such of pay scale of Rs. 3120-5160 was given to the petitioner on notional basis. 3. In view thereof, effect to the said be given within a period of eight weeks, with liberty to revive the execution petition if needful not done. 4.
