The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara (Cyber) Crime P.S. Case No. 67/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C & 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 22.10.2024, Cyber police Jamtara, on the basis of confidential information raided house of Rakhal Rakshit at Posoi and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, three mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for more than a year. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara (Cyber) Crime P.S.
