In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of opposite party No. 2 showing compliance of the order passed by the writ Court. An order dated 10.2.2025 has been passed for compliance of the order of the writ Court. The order dated 10.2.2025 has also been annexed with the affidavit.. The said affidavit is taken on record. It is also accepted by Shri Ramendra Kumar Shukla, counsel for the applicant that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record.
