However, in the order, due to inadvertence, name of the court where the case is presently pending, has been wrongly mentioned as ‘Jamtara’, in place of ‘Madhupur’. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical error in the petition itself, that mistake crept in the order dated 25.11.2025. He therefore seeks permission to make necessary amendment in para-1 and prayer portion of the bail petition. Prayer is allowed. 3. Accordingly, the order dated 25.11.2025 passed in B.A. No. 10153 of 2025 is modified to the extent that in para-2 and para-6 thereof, in place of the word ‘Jamtara’, it shall be read as ‘Madhupur’. 4.
