The petitioners have filed the present petition for quashment of FIR No. 22/2024 registered with Police Station, Women Cell, Udhampur for offences under Sections 85/115(2)/127(2)/351(2) of BNSS and the consequent charge-sheet filed against petitioner No.1 in the Court of District Mobile Magistrate, Udhampur, primarily, on the ground that they have entered into an amicable settlement and have resolved their matrimonial dispute. 2. The petitioners have also placed on record the compromise agreement which is duly notarized. Statements of the parties in terms of the said compromise have been recorded bylearned Registrar Judicial of this Court whereby petitioner No. 2, on whose instance the impugned FIR came to be registered against petitioner No.1, has stated that she has resolved all disputes and issues with her husband/ petitioner No. 1, they 2 are residing under one roof, she has no grievance against her husband and that she did not want to pursue the impugned FIR. 3. In view of the above, since the parties have already settled their dispute, living a happy matrimonial life and their statements have been reduced in writingbefore the Registrar Judicial of this Court, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition to adjudicate further. 4.
