Present is the second petition that has been filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.383 dated 25.10.2024 under Sections 204, 205, 318(2), 318(4), 319 of BNS, registered at Police Station Adampur. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.1569-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 20.01.2025 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after about 02 months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage.
