The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 57 of 2025 arising out of Borio P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 344 of 2020, for the offences registered under Section 364A of the I.P.C. and later on, Section 302, 120B of the I.P.C were added, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sahibganj. 3. Husband of the informant was abducted for ransom. Rs. 3,00,000/- was as demanded by way of ransom. Later on, his dead body was recovered. 4. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co- accused. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court as well as by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Rajneesh Vardhan, learned A.P.P. has though opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- III, Sahebganj in connection with S.T.
