The petitioner has been filed this writ petition on the following relief(s) : “10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire records from the respondents. 10.2. That, the Hon'ble Court may please issue an appropriate writ for handing over the building and complex to the registered organization. 10.3. That, the Hon’ble court may kindly issur direction to the Collector, respondent No.2 for immediate disposal of the AnnexureP/1. 10.4. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner contended that the petitioner is the unanimously elected district president of the district unit of the registration organization Chhattisgarh. Which is Chhattisgarh Sarva Adivasi Samaj registration number 4230. Respondent no.5 is no longer the District President. He further submits that Respondent No. 5 is not giving the said building and premises to the registered organization only for the purpose of 3 earning profit for itself. The any social building and complex constructed with government grant is given only to a registered organization. Without prejudice to the above and for the sake of brevity, the averment mention in the para 8 of the petition may also be treated grounds of the petition. 3. Learned State counsel not opposes the submission made by learned counsel for the State. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused record. 5. Considering the facts of the case and submission made by counsel for the respective respondents, at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of directing to Respondent No.2 to consider and decide letter dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P/1) submitted by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with relevant rules, regulations and law. 6.
