No. 593 of 2024 arising out of Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XX, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage. Thereafter, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship since the last five years. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XX, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
