As it can be noticed from the record that, this Court has passed an Order on 23.12.2023 with certain directions. But the compliance has been done by the sole Respondent only on 27.01.2025, which is after more than one year. Although, this Court is inclined to close this Contempt Petition, this Court is rather constrained to take judicial note of the gross delay on the part of the Contemnor in issuing the Memo dated: 27.01.2025 mentioned above. 4. With these observations, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Needless to state that the Contempt Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the above mentioned Memo. 5.
