The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs to :- i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 26.12.2024 passed by respondent no. 2. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 06.03.2025 of the petitioner in a time bound manner as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court. iii. issue any other suitable writ, orders or direction under the facts and circumstances of the case as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. iv. award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that against the cancellation of petitioner's candidature over retail outlet, his representation dated 06.03.2025 is pending before respondent no. 2. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has submitted that representation filed by the petitioner is under consideration. 5. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner against the rejection of his candidature. The exercise shall be carried out by the respondent no. 2 within a period of one month from the date of receiving copy of this order.
