The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 04.12.2024 to the extent that cost of Rs. 4,000/- per accused imposed by this Court vide said order be waived. 2. Ms. Richa Dhawan, the learned SPC appearing on behalf of the petitioner/applicant submits that the cost has been imposed on the petitioner i.e. Railway Protection Force and in case the same is not waived or reduced, it will be recovered from the erring officials. 3.
