GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 24965 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent authorities in taking out mutation of the revenue records in the name of 6th respondent in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.03 cents in Survey No.292/1 of Vootupalle Village, Nadum Mandal, Chittoor District, notwithstanding the pendency of ROR Appeal No.448/C/2024, which is illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed the written instructions, dated 16.09.2025, addressed by the 4th respondent/Tahsildar, Sodam. As seen from the said written instructions, it transpires that only after disposal of the ROR appeal, appropriate steps will be taken following the due process of law with regard to the mutation of the subject land. 3. Recording the submissions made in the written instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
