The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 53 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 942 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 19.05.2025 at about 8:45 p.m., Parsudih Police raided the house of co-accused Dipak Kumar @ Dipak Lohar @ Bhagna @ Deepak Kumar Sahu and on search, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from there. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of apprehended co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Ajay Lohar @ Ajay Kumar has been granted bail by this Court earlier in B.A. No. 7687 of 2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Parsudih P.S.
