The actual financial benefits have been given to him w.e.f. 01.09.2013 in consonance with the provisions of H.P. Govt. Notification No. Fin(PR)-B(7)-16/98-III(Agriculture), dated 15.12.2011. 2. Accordingly, the Execution Petition is disposed of with direction that financial benefits as per the said notification dated 15.12.2011 be disbursed to the petitioner within two months from today. 4. It has to be noticed that the financial benefits have been restricted to three years by virtue of Notification in all cases from the date of the decision. 5.
