AS per the applicant, the delay has occurred on account of some miscommunication and misunderstanding with the earlier counsel M/s M.V. Kini & Co. In addition, some time is salso stated to have been consumed in obtaining necessary legal and administrative opinions. The application is duly supported by an affidavit. A copy of communication address to previous counsel by the applicant has also been placed on record. There is nothing on record to suggest that the averments made in the application are not correct. That being so, there is nothing before this Court to disbelieve the averments made in the application and the reasons assigned therein. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
