Shop, basing on the objections submitted by petitioner and the co-sharers as arbitrary, illegal and abdication of the statutory duty cast on them apart from being violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents No.2 & 3 to cancel the A-4 License granted in favor of the respondent No.4 from the premises bearing D.No.18/139, Subedhar Street, Punganur Town & Municipality, Chittoor District and pass.
