Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record instructions dated 14.05.2025, which would go to indicate that the respondents have agreed to release due and admissible amount to the petitioner in five installments and such proposal is acceptable to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents have already released one installment in favour of the petitioner on 11.03.2025. As regards the remaining amount, the same shall be paid in four installments. In this view of the matter, no further orders or directions are required to be passed and the matter is closed with a direction to the respondents to remit the remaining installments to the account of the petitioner as undertaken in the aforesaid communication.
