By the order dated 20.9.2023, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court subject to deposit Rs.20,000/- and interim order was also granted to the applicant. The applicant has enjoyed the interim order. However, has not complied the order of this Court with regard to deposit. No reasons have been assigned for non-deposit of the amount of Rs.20,000/-. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 20.9.2023 was informed to the applicant. However, he has not complied the order dated 20.9.2023. In view of the non-compliance of the order dated 20.9.2023, this Court decline to entertain the present application. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
