In terms of the said order the writ petition is disposed of acting on the submission made by the petitioner Corporation that the respondent in the writ petition was reinstated. 2. The review petition is filed on the premise that he was dismissed subsequent to the disposal of the aforementioned writ petition. Now, again it is submitted that the respondent is reinstated vide order dated 29.10.2024. 3. Leaned counsel for the respondent has produced the order of reinstatement. The same is taken on record. 4. Since the respondent is reinstated, nothing survives for consideration in the review petition. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.
