The petitioners seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . It is alleged that 411.12 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from seized pick up vehicle . 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case . Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioners and have got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Charge sheet has already been submitted. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
