Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that petitioner is ready and willing to pay the amount of compensation awarded by the court below, provided he is given some reasonable time. In view of the aforesaid, case at hand is adjourned for 19.6.2026, enabling the petitioner to deposit the remaining amount, failing which this court shall be constrained to decide the petition on merit and petitioner shall remain present in the Court on the next date of hearing. Since petitioner is ready and willing to settle the matter as has been stated herein above, Registry of this Court is directed to release 30% of the compensation amount lying deposited with it, in the saving bank account of the respondent/complainant, detail whereof shall be furnished within two days.
