Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that matter relates to constitution of the Committee in respect of Jama Maszid 3 Trust, Sector – 6, Bhilai and according to learned State counsel, the petitioner has approached Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board whereby order dated 1.07.2022 has been passed by the Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board, as such, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the any of the part of the said order, he is at liberty to approach before the Chhattisgarh State Wafq Tribunal as per Section 83 of The Waqf Act, 1995. 3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, however, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the Chhattisgarh State Wafq Tribunal as per Section 83 of The Waqf Act, 1995.
