GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “….to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the in action of the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 basing on the complaint filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent on 03.01.2025 and 16.01.2024 which was sent to the respondents 2 to 4 through registered post with acknowledgment due as illegal arbitrary and violation of the legal duty fix on them and violation of 2 Article 21 and 300A of constitution of the India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to initiate action basing on the complaint dated 03.01.2025 and 16.01.2024 and protect the lives of the petitioner and her family members and pass …” 2. Heard Sri K.V.Vijay Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that they are ready to provide protection to the petitioner and her family members. For ready reference, the relevant portion of the written instructions is extracted below: “However, the petitioner Bangaru Ratnalu w/o B.Venkateswarlu working as a Surpanch of Allinagaram village of Komarole Mandal, the petitioner and the respondent RI to R8 had some misunderstands regarding the Sankranthi festival on the occasion of KANUMA. Since last year we provided the Bando bust i.e., HC-1, PC's-4 to prevent any incidents in their village and peacefully held the KANUMA (Parata), at the same time, we followed the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of A.P, and we will take all precautions from my side and also bind over the respondents R1 to R8 and strictly instruct them not to disturb the public while conducting the KANUMA festival, and respect the law. I will promise we protect the petitioner and her family to prevent any incidents.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 3 5.
