Petitioner has filed present petition with the following reliefs: “ 10.1 that, the respondents may kindly be directed to submit the entire records as regards the petitioner’s case. 10.2 that, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ or direction to the respondent to pass an order on the pending representations (Ann P1) as per law within certain period. Further, may kindly direct the respondent authority to reserve one post lying vacant at district Raipur, till assigning place of posting and deciding his pending representation, in view of governments policy mentioned at policy dated Wps 6943 of 2025 2 10.06.2025 whose Clause-3(2), 4(2) and 5(2) and mentioned at Clause- 3(3), 4(3), and 5(3), in the interest of justice. 10.3 that, this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass any order or issue any suitable writ as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission to the extent that petitioner has moved representation in the month of June, 2025 (Annexure P1), but till date, the said representation has not been considered, and therefore, authority concerned may be directed to decide the pending representation in accordance with law within the stipulated time frame. 3. Learned State counsel would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is given to the authority concerned to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. Considering the limited submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent-2 is directed to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner submitted in the month of June, 2025 (Annexure P1) within further period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merits. 5. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order before respondent-2 within a week from today. 6. With the aforesaid observation, and direction, present petition stands disposed of.
