The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 217 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 310(2) and 311 of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate-IX, Ranchi. On 14.07.2025 at about 10:30 P.M., dacoity was committed in the 132/33 KV. Grid Sub-station, Namkum. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession or on his pointing out. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate-IX, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Namkum P.S.
