Jamir, learned Senior counsel for the appellant, after attempting to argue the matter at some lenght has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal, with liberty to approach the writ Court with a request for an expeditious consideration of the writ petition being WP (C) No.71/2025 3. On a consideration of the submission made by the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, which is also not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents, we accept such submissions made by the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner. 4.
