Learned counsel representing the petitioners, on instructions, fairly states that benefits of reliefs, as prayed for in the instant petition, has already been granted to the petitioners and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.

Learned Additional Advocate General states that since benefits, otherwise prayed for in the instant petition, already stands granted to the petitioners in the year 2022 and such fact was never brought to the notice of this Court, cost imposed to the tune of ₹10,000/-, vide order dated 30.08.2025, may be waived off.
