Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 149 of 2025 arising out of Gola P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 436 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 3. On 30.01.2023 at about 12.00 noon, husband of the informant was murdered in between Sangrampur and Hullu villages. It is alleged that the deceased had made dying declaration that co-accused persons had assaulted him. The deceased had also stated that the petitioner was present at the place of occurrence. 4. It was submitted that after investigation, the police have submitted final form in this case, from which it transpired that the deceased had died in road accident and charge-sheet was submitted against a driver of an unknown vehicle. It was further submitted that seven similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh, in connection with S.T.
