In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 05th December, 2022 (Annexure-G) filed for conducting Phodi and Durasth in respect of the land in question. 3. Sri. Manjunath K., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents submit that the petitioner has to approach the competent authority by filing an online - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20564 WP NO.21490 OF 2023 application to conduct Phodi and Durasth of the land in question. 4. In that view of the matter, though the representation dated 05th December, 2022 (Annexure-G) has been made by the petitioner to the respondent-Authorities, the petitioner has to file an online application for redressal of his grievance. Therefore, it is open for the petitioner to file a necessary application to the competent authority through online, seeking Phodi and Durasth in respect of the land in question. If such an application is made by the petitioner through online, the competent respondent-Authority shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible.
