Heard on I.A. No.1/2025, an application for taking subsequent events on record moved by respondent No.5. 2. It is contended that there are typographical mistake in the application filed for taking document on record, therefore, respondent No.5 would REKHA SINGH Digitally signed by REKHA SINGH -2- not press this application. 3. No objection from other side. 4. Accordingly, I.A. No.1/2025 is rejected as not pressed. 5. At the very outset, Mr. Agrawal, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to move an application for demarcation and division of Survey Nos.843, 845, 846/2, 847/2, 848/13 and 848/15 total admeasuring area 0.421 hectare situated at Village-Balodabazar, Patwari Circle No.15, Tehsil and District Balodabazar (C.G.). He would further submit that a direction may be issued to the Tehsildar Balodabazar to pass an order with regard to demarcation and division of subject land in a stipulated time. 6. No objection from other side. 7. Permission is granted. 8. Taking into consideration fair and limited prayer made by Mr. Agrawal, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tehsildar Balodabazar to conduct a demarcation and thereafter pass an order with regard to division of the subject property bearing Survey Nos.843, 845, 846/2, 847/2, 848/13 and 848/15 total admeasuring area 0.421 hectare situated at Village-Balodabazar, Patwari Circle No.15, Tehsil and District Balodabazar, within a period of three months from today. The authority concerned shall provide sufficient opportunity of hearing to the interested party. 9.
