Cr.MP No.4563 of 2025 The present application under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the applicant/respondent for release of entire compensation amount in his favour, as lying deposited before the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner submits that since the revision petition has been finally settled before the National Lok Adalat, he has no objection, in case, the prayer made in the application, is allowed. Heard. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner as well as averments made in the application, which are duly supported with an affidavit of applicant/respondent, the present application is allowed and the Registry is directed to release entire compensation amount along with up-to-date interest in favour of the applicant/respondent, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same in his saving bank account, detail whereof, has been mentioned in Para-5, of the application.
