No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this application. 3. However, Sri Vivek Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and Sri Mohd. Shoeb Khan, learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 4. This matter was lastly heard on 27.02.2025. On that date, order was passed in the presence of Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant with further direction that the case would be listed on 10.03.2025 with further direction that this case will be taken up under the category of mentioned cases on the next date and there would be no need to give notice by the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 to learned counsel for the applicant as the order itself was passed in the presence of learned counsel for the applicant. 5. The order dated 27.02.2025 is being quoted as under :- "Heard Sri Sanjay Kr. Srivastava, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Vivek Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of legal heirs of opposite party no.2 and Sri K.K. Tripathi, learned AGA for the State. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant wants to settle his dispute with opposite party no.2. Therefore, this Court directs him to bring some amount just to show applicant's bona fide. For that reason, learned counsel for applicant seeks some time to obtain further instructions from his client. Put up this case on 10.03.2025. On that date, the case will be taken under the category of mentioned cases and there will be no need to give notice by learned counsel for opposite party no.2 to the learned counsel for applicant." 6. As no one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this application, therefore, the present application is dismissed for want of prosecution. 7.
