GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it is the specific case of the petitioner that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land which was the jointly purchased by the petitioner and her family friend Duddi Vani, wife of Balaraju under registered sale deed dated 06.10.2023 from her vendor Padumu Saradhi, son of Kamaraju Pedda Jalari street, Sompeta Town and executed a partition deed dated 15.04.2025 since then the petitioner family members were continuous possession and enjoyment of the petition schedule property without interruption of the revenue authorities as well as any third parties by doing agriculture. It is further case of the petitioner that after execution of the petitioner partition deed dated 15.04.2025 to mutate the petitioner’s name in the petition schedule land in Sy.No.233-8B for an extent of Ac.0.44 cents at Mogilikotturu village, Sompeta Town & Mandal, Srikakulam District and the petitioner made an online mutation application, vide application No.MUT250722074014 dated 22.07.2025 to mutate the petitioner’s name in the revenue records for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in her favour. As the same is not considered by the respondent authorities, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the online application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going 4 into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the concerned authorities to consider the online application dated 22.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner for mutating the petitioner’s name by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
