No. 16069 of 2025 and as such, he does not intent to press this petition and seeks to withdraw it. 3. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Office to de-tag the application U/s 528 B.N.S.S. No. 16069 of 2025 from this writ petition and put up this case as fresh on 29.07.2025.
