Shukla, learned counsel, appearing for the 3 respondent No. 3 along with Mr. Amit Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the respondent No.7 as well as Mr. Syed Afaque Hussain Rizvi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.10, are present. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order impugned dated 01.06.2018 (Annexure P/2) passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mungeli in unregistered complaint case, in the interest of justice.” 4. Mr. Amit Kumar Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 7 submits that the respondent No. 7 has died during the pendency of this present petition. 5. In view of the same, the respondent No. 7 namely Mohan Lal’s name be deleted from the cause title. 6. Considering the above circumstances, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter any further. Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition. 7. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone. 8.
