IA NO: 1 OF 2011(WPMP 2997 OF 2011) Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner for selection to the post of Junior Plant Attendant notified vide Notification No.01/CGM(HR)/2010 dated 05.01.2011 without rejecting his case on the ground of ITI in the trade of Plumber pending disposal of the writ petition. 2 IA NO: 2 OF 2011(WPMP 4390 OF 2011) Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to receive the documents being filed herewith as additional material papers in the writ petition for effective adjudication of the writ petition in the interest of justice as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
